Mrs. Smith’s 4th graders learned about the rock cycle today using Starbursts! The students changed their starbursts from igneous to sedimentary to metamorphic rock. Then, we melted them back into magma!

When using the car drop off line in the mornings, please remember it is a single line drop off and no passing. You may also always park and walk your student to the door, if you do not wish to wait in the line. We appreciate your assistance with this so we can keep all our students safe.

Reminders - Tomorrow is an in-person learning day - not a remote Wednesday. Friday, Feb. 12th is an 11:30 dismissal. Monday, Feb. 15th is Presidents Day and a remote learning day for us. There will not be live instruction on this day, but teachers will post assignments to google classroom, or send work home on Friday. If you would like a lunch on Monday, 15th, you need to call the school to order by 11:30 on Friday, 12th. Also, if at some point this winter, we would be faced with inclement weather and could not do in-person learning, we would have a remote learning day. Teachers would post assignments to google classroom or will have sent packets home for students.
