Third grade had the chance today to learn from local business owners, Mr. and Mrs. Marion, on how they created "Sir Hare". Students learned what it took to start the business and what they have to do as owners to keep it running.

Members of the Meridian-Macon FFA presented agricultural information about soybeans and chocolate. Great activities and great kids!



The high school FFA shared a wonderful presentation about soybeans with our first graders! We even got to sample chocolate covered ones!

Miss Griglin's 3rd grade class was split into five different businesses. As a group, they had to determine their expenses, the cost of their product, and how much money they made. At the end, students had to determine if they made enough money to keep their businesses running for another week!
