You will follow your child's daily schedule while spending 7 minutes in each class. This is a great opportunity to meet the teachers, learn classroom expectations, and tour the building. Chromebook Orientation will take place in the auditorium at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13. All 6th grade students/parents and new students to the district (6th-12th grade) should attend.

Applications for Student Council officer positions are now available in the office and in Mrs. McGuire's room. Applications are due to Mrs. McGuire by Wednesday, May 15. The election will take place electronically during Study Hall on Friday, May 17. Current 6th grade students can run for either Vice President or Secretary. Current 7th grade students can run for either President or Treasurer. Students do not currently have to be in Student Council to run for an officer position for the 2019-2020 school year.
Is your 7th grade student interested in going to Washington DC next year? There will be an informational meeting after the 6th & 7th grade Awards Ceremony on Thursday, May 16th in the auditorium. Information will be sent home with all 7th grade students prior to the meeting.
