5th Grade Students completed Math Task Cards working in partners during RTI




Fifth Grade’s STEM - Spider Web Bridge. Using limited supplies; 4 cups, 2 yards of yarn, and 3 feet of tape to see how many “spiders” linking cubes it will hold after constructed.

Today in Little Hawks we read the story Splat the Cat and the Pumpkin-Picking Plan, we saw how many pumpkins tall we were, balanced some balls on spoons as we dropped them into pumpkin buckets, found our perfect pumpkins that matched our shape game, painted a picture of a pumpkin inside of a baggy for a mess-free craft, and ran to different pumpkins in the gym while trying to identify the letters on them! 🎃
