Third graders enjoyed their field trip to the Christian County Historical Museum today, where they visited a one room schoolhouse, a depot, a log cabin, learned about military history, and sat in the original Christian County Courthouse where Abraham Lincoln himself stood when he was a lawyer!
PreK had Buddy Day with Coach Sef from MidState Soccer Club!

Mr. Punches' class made Thanksgiving balloon floats.
Mrs. Thomas's class made "Pumpkin Pie in a Bag" today. We made predictions, followed a recipe, learned to measure ingredients, and got to enjoy eating our pie!
Miss Stewart’s class had their November Secret Scientist! 🌽
The Nolands did an AMAZING presentation about popcorn! We were able to participate in experiments that looked at how moisture effects the popping of kernels, as well as the volume of white vs. yellow popcorn. The students’ favorite part was getting to try the popcorn with their favorite toppings!

Our Little Hawks and PreK had a Healthy Eating Night event with our Meridian High School Family & Consumer Science Teacher, Mrs. Warnick. Her Foods III/Advanced Culinary class joined us and created a menu for healthy snack stations!! Thank you to her and her class for serving and educating our families on nutrition for young children!
