Starting on Monday, September 14, FCS Club will be collecting boxes of 24 crayons, coloring books, and small educational items (like flashcards, word finds, etc.) for the pediatric patients at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Students should take their items to their study hall teachers by Friday, September 18. The study hall with the most items per person will receive a treat party from FCS Club.

3RD PLACE FINISH!
Keaton and Joe finished the weekend with a 3rd place finish at the Fall Frenzy High School Bass Fishing Tournament in Decatur!
They ended the tournament with a final weigh-in of 13.31 lbs.
With 16 schools competing, a 3rd place finish is something to be proud of!

A perfect night for football at Meridian as the Hawks came away with a 45-8 win over Oblong!
The boys played great, the weather was perfect, and the atmosphere was even better. Great food from our concessions, fantastic front-row seats for the Rowdy Couch Club, and our cheer team and band kept the energy going all night long!

It is a great day to be a HAWK!
Beginning Tuesday, August 25, the high school and middle school will begin dismissing school ten minutes earlier than normal. This change in format is being done in an effort to better accommodate transportation times to the Stonington campus and, in turn, alleviate later bus drop offs after school. Going forward, students will be dismissed from the high school and middle school at 2:20 pm on a regular day, 1:20 pm on a 1:30 dismissal day and 11:00 am on a half day of school. If you ride/pick up after school, please make sure to note the adjustment to these times. Thank you in advance!
