On Monday, September 30, Meridian HS and the Meridian Booster Club will be taking donations in light of the tragic event resulting in the death of a young student in the Sullivan school district. At the home JV football game vs Sullivan, and the volleyball game vs Edinburg, we will be accepting donations at the entrances to each venue.

In light of Friday’s tragedy in Sullivan, many schools are showing their support for the student’s family by wearing blue tomorrow, which was Tyson's favorite color. Meridian District would like to join this support by asking students and staff to wear blue to school tomorrow.

Today, MHS PE Students "climbed"110 flights to honor 9/11 First Responders Most of these students were not even alive, making it that much more important to not let the memory of the fallen, and the heroes, of 9/11 fade. Thank you Ms. Durflinger and Coach Sheppard
