PSA- MHS boys basketball WILL play their scheduled game at Tuscola tonight. 2/14/20
Due to the potential for dangerous travel conditions caused by forecasted weather, all MHS practices and after school/evening activities are canceled
PSA regarding boys basketball this weekend. 1/24 @ Shelbyville will have a shortened JV game at 6pm so the varsity game will start early. Saturday 1/25 @Monticello JV starts at 5:30 with Varsity at 7.
Boys varsity will play at St Teresa tomorrow afternoon 1/18. JV at 2pm with varsity at approx 3:30
Tonight’s boys basketball game at St Teresa is postponed due to forecasted weather. Better safe than sorry! Update on make up as soon as available.
MHS girls basketball at Sullivan is postponed tonight. Rescheduled for January 13. Scholastic Bowl rescheduled for tomorrow 12/17 at Meridian
Meridian schools are not in session on Monday, 12/16. A decision about practices and the scheduled HS girls game at Sullivan will be made tomorrow.
Due to the Macon County Tourney at MHS, both home girls games on 12/9 and 12/12 will be played at MES in Blue Mound

MHS and Meridian community - THANK YOU for showing your generosity and helping us “Fill Santa’s Sleigh” again this year. SADD members delivered over 200 toys to Toys for Tots today. I cannot express enough how humbled I am to play a small role in our community’s giving to others

12/3 Boys B-ball V LSA. Savannah Mendenhall and Cheyene Grandfield bill be taking donations to support the Blue Mound FD Disaster Relief fund. Donations will be taken at the door and the students will sponsor a half court shot at halftime of JV/V games. $1 per shot. Please support

On Monday, September 30, Meridian HS and the Meridian Booster Club will be taking donations in light of the tragic event resulting in the death of a young student in the Sullivan school district. At the home JV football game vs Sullivan, and the volleyball game vs Edinburg, we will be accepting donations at the entrances to each venue.
