Hawk Nation, tonight is a BIG game for our volleyball team. They are 2-0 in conference play and will face off against conference rival WL this evening. They need YOU in our HS gym and they need YOUR support.
Tonight's theme is Camo Night. Put on your camo and see you here!!
Let's GO!!!

Special Shout out to Wyatt Martin for shooting a 77 which was good for 3rd place out of 87 golfers!
Wyatt will move on to the Sectional and play in Jacksonville on Monday.
Congrats Wyatt and good luck on Monday. Hawk Nation is behind you!!

Special shout out to our rowdy MS and HS boys as they let our girls' team know they could be counted on as loud voices of support. Keep it up boys!
Another special shout out to Shelby Renfro and Julia Meisenhelter for being the refs for our 6th grade team. They are great role models for our younger players as they demonstrated acts of service and leadership for our program. Thank you girls!

Students who attended any Meridian home game had an opportunity to write their name on a ticket and turn it in for a chance to win at the end of September. Every game attended meant more chances.
We were able to draw 4 winners from each school. Each winner won a $25 Amazon gift card.
This Month's winners are: Adaline M., Azaylea J., Mack G., Macklin W., Hudson N., McKenna J., Bella D., Javen A., Jordin O., Bella D., Lucas R., and Hanna S.
We will continue our athletic attendance drawing for October. Stay tuned for our new sponsor.
Remember the more you attend games....the better your chances. Good luck and go Hawks!

Be sure to come out tonight for the home opener vs Pana. The 6th grade game starts at 5:00. 7th and 8th grade will follow.
Keep it up girls!

Please take a few moments to complete this survey. If you have more than one child, a submission for each student is encouraged.

Let's cheer on Coach Wells and our MMS girls' basketball team!

With it being the last regular season contest we were able to recognize our 3 senior golf members; Cierra Bliesner, Ashton Hawbaker, and Wade Julius.
They each had a great season and we wish them luck next week in the regional.

Meridian was represented by Austin Merritt, Seth Ralston, Will Parton, Josh Pritchard, Joe Strohkirch, and Keaton Arndt.
The boys brought in 18.83 lbs. worth of fish into their boats.
Keep it up boys!

Hawk Nation, here are some important upcoming dates. Please mark your calendars and come out to support your school!
Go Hawks!

We were able to catch Mr. Anderson's choir class making final preparations for their big debut in Busch Stadium during tomorrow's Cardinals game. This group will be performing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" during the 7th inning stretch. We are proud of these kids and excited for them to represent Meridian.
Tomorrow, the Cardinals take on the Reds at 12:15.
Go Cards and Go Meridian!

This schedule has been corrected and updated.

Now we move on to girls' basketball. Tryouts and practice begin tomorrow. Our MS game schedule will pick back up at the end of September!
