I hope this email finds you enjoying your summer! As we near the end of June, I want to pass along to you some important information pertaining to online registration for the upcoming 2023-24 school year. Over the course of this summer, the district has been transitioning away from Tyler SIS as our student information interface and will begin utilizing a student management system known as Teacher Ease. As a result of this transition, the look and necessities of online registration will be a little different for our district families. On July 31, you will receive an email from Common Goal/Teacher Ease providing you with instructions on setting up your new user name (which will be your email) and password for Teacher Ease. This email will be sent to all email addresses currently on file through Tyler SIS. Beginning on August 1, then, all returning district families will be able to login into Teacher Ease, with their newly created user name and password, and register their students for the 2023-24 school year. The deadline to complete online registration will be Friday, August 11. If you do not see an email from Common Goal/Teacher Ease on July 31, please check your spam folder to make sure it did not go there.
For the 2023-24 school year, the Meridian Board of Education has, again, waived the registration and technology fees for district families. You can see a list of all other applicable fees, along with lunch prices, at the link below.

Congrats to Emma and Roy for being honored today at the Central Illinois Conference Student Recognition lunch. Two great kids that have done so much to make MHS proud! Today, Neuhoff Media Group surprised Mrs. Warnick with her Teacher of the Month recognition. To say this honor is well deserved is an understatement. MHS would not be the same without the hard work and dedication Mrs. Warnick puts in for her students and our school!
