It's hard to believe that the month of June is almost over! Please note that the MMS office will be closed during the month of July. It will re-open on Monday, August 4 with office hours being 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Online registration will also open on TeacherEase on Monday, August 4.
Once the building opens in August, MMS students are encouraged to visit the building during office hours as often as possible to practice locker combinations, walk through schedules, and drop off school supplies. Schedules and locker combinations will be accessible on TeacherEase, but a printed copy will also be available and can be picked up in the office. Frequent visits are the best way to ensure students (especially incoming 6th graders) feel comfortable and are ready for that first day of school! If your work schedule does not allow for you to visit during the day, the building will also be open for an informal visit on Wednesday, August 13 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
If you have a child interested in trying out for softball or baseball, please be aware that tryouts for these seasons take place prior to the school year beginning. All participants must have an updated physical on file prior to trying out. These physicals can be given to the coaches on the first day. The 6th grade required health physical counts as the athletic physical needed to play sports. All other students will need an athletic physical.
