The Macon campus will run a 1:30 bell schedule so we can take the students outside to view the solar eclipse after they’ve attended all their glasses. The district purchased glasses for all of the students, and we are looking forward to this opportunity! School will be dismissed at our normal time of 2:30 p.m.
Current 6th & 7th grade students should submit their elective course form by the end of the week. The electronic form was emailed to students last Tuesday. Please ask your child to ensure it has been submitted.
Students who earned Principal’s List for the 3rd quarter will be treated to donuts & juice before school on Wednesday. Congratulations, once again, to those students!
8th graders will take the Illinois Science Assessment during science class on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday of this week.
Midterm for the 4th quarter is Friday! Reports will be sent home with students with below average grades on Wednesday, April 17.

Friday: Macon County Invite at Mt. Zion; 3:30 p.m.
Scholastic Bowl -
Congratulations to the Varsity Scholastic Bowl team for going 2-1 in the Conference tournament on Saturday. The Hawks defeated Warrensburg & Clinton!
