We will begin IAR testing this week! Students will take the math portion first thing each morning on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. Because of this, we ask that students are at school by 7:40 a.m. each morning and that any appointments be made for the afternoon. Students should have charged Chromebooks and wired earbuds/headphones for testing.
The end of the 3rd quarter is Friday! It is also an 11:10 a.m. dismissal. Report cards will be sent home with all students on Wednesday, March 13.
8th grade students will take the Illinois Youth Survey during PE on Thursday. Feedback gathered by this survey will be used to help teachers and staff make improvements to the school and learning environments.
Volleyball -
The 8th grade Lady Hawks will play Pana in the IESA 3A semi-final Regional game on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. in Girard.
Scholastic Bowl -
Thursday: JV & Varsity will head to Shelbyville for matches starting at 5:30 p.m.
Track -
There will be a parent meeting on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the gym for all boys and girls interested in participating in track this year. Practice will officially begin on Monday, March 11. Practice and meet information will be provided at the meeting.
