Students are asked to bring in spare change this week to help “Fill the Boot” for our first MJHS drive. Money collected in each fire boot this week will be donated to make improvements around the 9/11 Memorial near Lake Decatur. This is one of only 3 official 9/11 Memorials in Illinois.
We are looking forward to MHS Homecoming activities this week!
Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. - The parade will leave the school campus and head North on Wall Street. It will turn left on Cole Street and Front Street before returning to the school.
Friday at 1:00 p.m. - We will fill the high school gym with GREEN during the district-wide assembly. We will get our Hawks pumped up for Friday’s big game at 7:00 p.m.
Baseball:
Monday - HOME vs. Argenta; 4:15 p.m.
Wednesday - Regional Game; AWAY vs. Shelbyville; TBA
Girls’ Basketball will be in full swing this week as they prepare for their first game on 9/18.
