We had a great first week of school at MMS and are really looking forward to getting into the swing of things this week!
School pictures will be taken of all students on Monday. If you would like to order prints, please do so in advance using the code posted this morning!
This Friday is an 11:10 a.m. dismissal. Please make sure arrangements are made in advance if transportation with your child will be different than normal. There is no school on Monday, September 4 - Labor Day.
Save the date for our parent/guardian open house that is scheduled for Wednesday, September 6 at 6:45 p.m. This will be an opportunity for you to follow your child’s schedule, meet the teachers, and hear a bit about what is taking place in each class. Schedules will be provided before the event begins!
Softball -
Monday: HOME vs. Buffalo Tri-City at 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday: AWAY vs. Argenta at 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday: HOME vs. Clinton at 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: AWAY vs. Clinton at 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: HOME vs. Corpus Christi at 10:00 a.m.
Baseball -
Monday: AWAY vs. Buffalo Tri-city at 4:15 p.m.
Tuesday: AWAY vs. Okaw Valley at 4:15 p.m.
Thursday: HOME vs. Clinton at 4:15 p.m.
Practice will begin on Monday with practice from 3-5 for any girl interested in playing that is not playing softball. Practice will be held Monday -Thursday next week with no practice on September 1st or 4th for Labor Day weekend. The schedule will be communicated to the softball girls regarding their tryout at the parent meeting.
There will be a parent meeting on Tuesday, September 5th at 5:15 p.m. for ALL players and their parents in the middle school cafeteria.
Cheerleading:
There is a parent meeting for the year’s squad scheduled for Monday at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.
