The Winter Wonderland is coming back, and we need your help making it a success! Next week, teachers will take their classes to enjoy cocoa, cookies, and fun! Emails have been sent home asking each student to bring in 1-2 dozen cookies to Mrs. Warnick on the following assigned days: Freshmen (Monday), Sophomores (Tuesday), Juniors (Wednesday), and Seniors (Thursday). Purchased cookies can be brought in prior to the assigned days. Thank you for helping make this a success!
There is an informational meeting about next year's Music Department Trip to Orlando today at 6:00PM in the Auditorium. Any freshman, sophomore, or junior involved in music or would like to be involved in music next school year is invited to attend. Please bring a parent or guardian with you.
NHS Food Drive competition will be next week–December 1st through 5th. Please place donated food in green bins in your study hall classes. The winning study hall will win an ice cream party.
Congratulations to the Yearbook staff. The results are in for the Illinois Journalism Education Association Yearbook competition. Our yearbook earned first place in 8 out of 9 categories out of yearbooks from all across the state in our division. This included first place in copy writing, divider pages, graphics, layout and design, overall coverage of the school year, photography, theme development, and 1st place overall. Great work to all the students who worked on the yearbook!
