THE MASONS OF ILLINOIS HAVE A CHILD IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM TO HELP FAMILIES LIKE YOURS.

This program is called the ILLINOIS CHILD IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM (IL CHIP) and is sponsored by the Freemasons of Illinois in conjunction with the officers and members of your local lodge, Blue Mound Lodge #682. This vital information program provides everything you need in order to assist the authorities in finding your child should the unthinkable happen. The Masons of Illinois and Blue Mound Lodge will be funding the entire cost of IL CHIP and will put together everything parents need in order to help authorities find a lost child. This program is the most comprehensive program of its kind and one of the great things about it is - THERE IS NO CHARGE TO THE PARENTS. Another great thing about this program is that it only takes a few minutes of your time to complete the child identification package that can be taken with the family that very day.
HERE IS WHAT YOU GET AN THE IL CHIP EVENT
- COLOR PHOTO – The photo records the image and height and is digitized on a convenient CD that can be easily used by police and media and distributed across the state via Illinois’ Amber Alert Program
- DNA SAMPLE – Taken through a saliva cheek swab, this is the latest tool in the scientific arsenal to make positive ID’s of lost children.
- FINGERPRINTS – The oldest form of positive ID since they are unique to every person.
- RECORDED INTERVIEW – This recording captured on the same CD as the picture, the appearance, speech patterns, personal characteristics and mannerisms for easy media distribution.
